HALUK DERYA

In his professional life that began in 1985, Haluk has made many mechanical designs, designed many projects for application and followed processes to see to it that his designs were applied as he had foreseen. He has acquired the skill of foreseeing problems at the stage of design and of doing the necessary project arrangements in the early stages.

Besides, seeing those aspects of the application stage that could be improved he established the Company “Haluk Derya Mühendislik Makina ve İnşaat Ltd.”, whose trade name was subsequently changed to “YTU mühendislik İnşaat LTD şti”. He has thus been doing both structural engineering and project management, which include all the business departments and other engineering disciplines necessary to bring about a building.

HALUK DERYA, who makes use of developed technologies and natural environment together in a balanced way in all the processes in which he takes part, has gotten along well about it with HAN TÜMERTEKİN whom he has worked with in many projects. HAN who is an architect in close relationship with engineering and HALUK who comes from the engineering discipline but does not limit himself to it work together as partners in İstanbul at “Mimarlar ve Han Tumertekin LTD”, in France at “Atelier Han Tumertekin SARL”. They continue to do projects in which architecture contributes to engineering and engineering to architecture, that are sustainable and supported by alternative energy resources, whose energy expenses are minimized and whose investment cost and environmental impact are under control and that are aware of conformity with nature and historical responsibility.

Ferhat Zeycan

Ferhat Zeycan is an architect based in Istanbul. He was born in Denizli in 1988 and completed his primary and secondary education in that city. He graduated from Middle East Technical University as an architect in 2014. He participated in various projects in different scales with Mimarlar+Han Tümertekin which he joined in 2015. Additionally, he has been taking part as an instructor of Architectural Design Studio V at FMV Işık University since 2018.
